reactor doesn't create any more electricity

since last update, the mod reduce electricity generation to 15, which make the game nearly unplayable since 3 mine aready make your energy balance in the red, any way to fix this?

I can confirm the same. The update makes the game unplayable. Metal production is insanely high. Energy production is so low, that beginning of game is unbearable.
