Of course the enclave should be, considering that the new reno enclave is. So I'm guessing you guys just forgot about that, but the Unity probably should be advanced since they used tons of high tech weaponry.

I can understand if it's for balance reasons since the Enclave is pretty much their best tree and just makes them invincible, but unity seems kind of ♥♥♥♥, judging from what I can see of their focus branch, I haven't tried them yet.
