XCOM 2
[WOTC] Iridar's Akimbo Class

WEAPON ATTACHMENT COMPATIBILITY
Akimbo's non-melee abilities will take full advantage of weapon attachments, however attachments that increase Magazine Size should be applied only to mainhand (primary) pistol. They will not have any effect on the offhand (secondary) pistol.

The vanilla Auto Loader attachment will properly provide Free Reloads only when attached to the mainhand pistol, and only when the Akimbo does not have the Spinning Reload perk. Using Free Reload Anytime mod allows Free Reloads to properly work with Spinning Reload.

Scopes will affect shots only from the weapon they attached to. For example, Scope on a mainhand pistol will not provide bonus aim to shots from the offhand pistol, and vice versa. Note that strategic UI will display these bonuses incorrectly most of the time.

Vanilla Hair Trigger works, but only for abitlieis that are actually attached to the weapon that is used to activate that ability. Dual Shot, Trick Shot and Checkmate activate from the mainhand weapon. The only ability that will be affected by Hair Trigger on the offhand weapon is Single Shot (Left), which will be rarely available by default. Hair Trigger also triggers on Overwatch Shots from each hand.

Musashi's Tactical Suppressors seem to work just fine when put on both guns.

Got the suppressors on one of my Akimbos with Silent Runner augments. I'll let you know if it works.

Can confirm Tactical Suppressors work just fine, as does Reaper Stealth granted by the Silent Runners Cyber-augment. Had an Akimbo execute about nine guys from Suppressor-aided Shadow Concealment.

Did you put suppressors on both guns?

Yep. rolling with just one'd blow your stealth normally, and would have a much greater chance of blowing Shadow when it fired, as the game does a concealment RNG for both guns firing from Shadow.

Great, thanks.

I installed Dual Wielded Pistols and Akimbo Class. My problem is that even with robojumper's Squad Select, Mod Config Menu,
Musashi's Mod Everything Reloaded I can not equip the pistol in the main hand. He just does not appear in the choice of weapons. To check, I disconnected all other modifications and started a new game. The problem has not been corrected

Like I answered to you on my website, you also need Primary Secondaries and X2 WOTC Community Highlander. Also, I assume you tried to equip the pistol on the Akimbo class itself, and not, say, Ranger?

Now everything has worked. Thanks for the quick response. Perhaps you need to describe the requirements for mod work a little more detailed. This, of course, is the opinion of a new person in the community.

Required mods are listed in the same place as for every other mod in the workshop:

Steam even creates a popup message if you try to subscribe to a mod without having other required mods.

It is beyond me how people still manage to mess this up.

Because not all are used to Steam modifications. Nexus is much more popular in this regard. Because I automatically look for the required components in the description.
But now there is more for one enlightened person. You have only a few million more answers to these questions.

@Gray: to be blunt, it's because you're ignorant. full stop. it has nothing to do with Nexus.

On the secondary hand, both Shadowkeeper and Darkclaw got plenty of upgrade slots, but none in the primary slot. Any way for me to change this?

Use this mod to add Upgrade Slots to primary versions of these pistols: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1171964288

Their template names are the same as for secondary pistols, just add "_Primary" to the end.

I know this thread is over two years old, but I'd like to ask, where are the files to increase the number of upgrade slots for the pistols?

Try Primary Secondaries config.
