I provide the .VMF file, so that individuals can put their unique spin on it with new areas, buildings, optimizations, or smaller server-specific edits like putting their group logo on PD or something. There's only one catch, and that is whatever you publish must comply with the following:

Other content packed into the .BSP, but not included in the source repository belong to the following, and will have to be sourced from the respective authors:
Ajacks - Select wall and carpet textures.
Valve Corporation - CSGO and CSS models and textures. CSGO models were re-compiled to be better compatible with GMod's SDK. (Note: This should no longer be required, however you should still probably pack those files into your derivative's .BSP)
