You could implement events/modifiers relating to the holder of the sword and the castle of Tintagel, birthplace of King Arthur in the legends of Arthur

I noticed that you did not mention them for your inspirations, so I would recommend checking out The Winter King. It's on both the Paradox Forums and here on the workshop, and they have a lot of content and ideas you could take inspiration from. Sorry I don't have anything specific in mind.

I just had a quick look at the mod page and it looks great! I'll definitely check it out. Thanks for the suggestion.

Do you plan to add other Athurian artifacts such as Rhongomyniad, Carnwennan and Wynebgwrthucher?

Also I haven't played it yet but how much magic elements do you plan to have in the narrative if any? I'd really like for you to go full mythos with this adding something like the ability to go to Avalon or something. Like meeting Arthur and if you fail a virtue check or something he takes his artifacts back. Course if you don't go too much into magic that is fine too. I'm just glad we're getting more content like this regardless.

I do hope to add more artifacts in the future yes. My plan is for you to collect a full set of crown jewels to equip.

Regarding magic, I won't spoil anything for you but there is certainly a mystical element to it. The events won't happen If you turn off Supernatural Events in the game rules.

Cool, I'll be looking foward to this. I'm not gonna play CK2 until Holy Fury comes out, I'm eager to see what you do with those mechanics.

I am sure that your texts are full of fantasic flavor that I'd love to read and partake of...but the event boxes for this never grow to show all of the text, if there is more than the default event text area can handle.
Is there anyway you could make the quest and excalibur accessable for celtic pagans as well? after all the earliest stories of the round table (or Knights of the Stone) were not christian and they hunted for the Mother's Cup (Holy Grail)...?

Is this mod dead, having such a wonderful mod die out like this would be a shame.
