Fixed an issue where Spread the Sickness was failing to spread Agony stacks in rare cases. Shoutout to s3r610 for their assistance with diagnosing and resolving the issue.

Hi, I am experiencing this bug post-patch. I have the strength override mod installed.
I also have LaughingLeader's Training Dummy mod installed and when I test with the dummies the agony stacks apply properly but when I test with enemies in a real fight they do not.
I was wondering if anyone could help identify the problem.
