Missing 70% of the time
I'm using several of Odinblade's mods along with the Unleashed mod. My spectre ranged attacks miss around 70% of the time. During combat, I'm only able to get one (if any) stacks on an enemy because it won't hit. Other character ranged magic attacks aren't having this issue.
