I've had this issue for a while now, and I've gone through and uninstalled nearly every addon I could think of that would cause this issue but I just can't seem to figure out how to make friendly NPCs like me again.

It's really only in relation to following, nobody shoots or runs in fear around me and will attack other hostile npcs.
I do hope there's a fix, because I really enjoy just messing about and creating big environments and scenes with npc following.
