Playermodel Necromorphs
They look like Slashers but in playermodels and covered in blood, they would mostly occur in the spawnlist or a infector reanimating a Player corpse. It would scary to see your friend as a Horrible Twisted Mutant. I did make a screenshot of a Playermodel Necromorph to support Lawrence's NPC Pack
