Changing the Units | Unlock system remains ?

1. Is there a simple way for me to switch units ?
Say, I want the German (BLUFOR) to all be SS Units (or at least change their uniforms to SS ones) and except "Wehrmacht" at the top it says Waffen-SS or something.

2. Is the Antistasi unlock system still in there ? Where you unlock more stuff for your arsenal over time ?

1. templates folder, check the IFA files
