Dying and the game bringing me to the restart/team switch/end screen.
Love the scenario, being the WW2 insurgency, but with plenty of HR to respawn, sometimes when I die, I get the game over type screen you usually get when you die with the menu, rather than hitting R to respawn. Usually happens when I have no AI on a mission with me, or if I actually die by like a headshot or inside a vehicle when it explodes.
