Probably because they were "custom" characters. Not custom as in they are not origin, this is not what I mean. What I mean is that they also have crown -> Which means they can also become Godwoken. This shouldn't happen because the game is made for 4 players, so it bugs the other players' game and I do not know how this is fixed when you start the game with 4+ players

We are trying "right now" to fix this by making the extra players join later once we come accross the "origin" characters inside the game and made them our companions.

Since 3 of our players are newbies it's gonna take time for them to reach the companions. I'll update this post as soon as they get there.

We could not figure it out. On our 2nd, 3rd and, 4th try our game stuck on black screen no matter what we did. We even changed hosts but the same thing happened. We simply couldn't leave the character creating screen. After trying for 2~ hours one of my friend left and we removed the mod and then started a 4-man run. After removing the 2 mods, one being Party Size Evolved the other one being LeaderLib, we could successfully play only then.
Also we had some other mods but we made sure that we had nothing else but those 2 a few times and the outcome was the same.

(Except party size evolved and leader lib, I removed them from the collection just in case one of us download it accidentally and some thing may happen to our save.)

same issue, 5th player blackscreen on joining running campaign.

My group is having the same issue, once 5 players are in a 6th can't join despite there being origin characters available. Everyone has the script extender installed.

Has anyone had luck with this recently?
