"Archotech Fabricator" event [SUGGESTION]
"The rouge AI has given the plans for a strange device. Nobody has any idea how it works, or what it does, or even whether they should even build it."

The archotech fabricator is an event that happens when the rouge AI has a high mood. In the event, the rouge AI will deploy the blueprint of an" Archotech Fabricator", a blueprint that can't be researched and can't be placed by the player. The rouge AI will demand that you build it, and will passively loose mood the longer it remains unfinished, and will also take a mood hit if the blueprint is cancelled. The AI will cancel the blueprint itself if its mood drops to low.

It may be rather annoying, as the location of the blueprint is not guaranteed, and the resources needed could be unavailable. Luckily the fabricator can be reinstalled, but if the fabricator will cause a mood drop if it is uninstalled, deconstructed or destroyed.

Having the fabricator however is certainly worth it. Every so often the rouge AI will generate a bill for the fabricator to print. When a bill is made, you will have to load up the fabricator with the needed materials. Similar to with the creation of the fabricator, bills must be completed in a timely fashion or the rouge AI will lose mood, and cancelling the bill will cost a mood hit.

However what does the fabricator make? If the player successfully appeases the rouge AI's bill, the archotech fabricator will print a random archotech device. This could be archotech limbs, an AI persona core, vanometric power cell, and so on. As such it's a very good risk reward scenario, challenging the player to have resources on the go and good logistic management, and rewarding them with rare items.

above all it's a canonically correct method for the player to make their own archotech devices.

i absolutely love this! you've managed to retool Dwarf Fortress' "Strange Mood" into a Rimworld lore-friendly mechanic, and there's risk for the reward, this is really nice and well thought out :)

it's very strong, and might be best added as a configurable option or submod, but i doubt there are too many players using WTH that might find this OP?
