It's probably unsafe, so I don't really recommend it. Though you can try it, but if you do, take the following precautions. Make sure to make a backup save. Then disable the mod. Start your game. You'll probably get error messages. Now save your game. Load the save again. If you still get error messages after loading the save, I recommend you to roll back to the backup save.
