A new build_*** format
I've changed the way of listing builds because a lot of people got stuck in the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of numbers that I used to put behind the 'City17_build_'

The old format: City17_Build_**_***_*** now goes from Build_001 to Build_999.
So currently... the next release (Previously named build_97) will be City17_Build_133.

The word 'build' is overused in this topic :/
