I'll ask if Dan22 (2nd Mapper) can make one right away.
Will sewers be expanded compared to it's current size? Will it have a secondary passage leading inside? And will it have any sort of small rebel strongholds/forts like in rp_industrial_v1's sewers?

Take a look at the trailer, that's what is currently new.
