All my mods have all files & are updated to 1.9.+ so if your launcher is giving you issues. Please do complain to Paradox loudly. They have made mod'ers life a misery so they can sell you things in your face every time you start the game.

Fixes I use:
Delete mods_registry.json in your C:\Users\####\OneDrive\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV folder. Then launch the game again.

If issues persists, do the above again, & also unsubscribe from the affected mods. RESTART COMPUTER. Then resubscribe to the mods.

You also sometimes need to start a game, have turn or two... & then exit. On restart that sometimes fixes things. Truly, my mods are updated & working & tested.
