Using this mid game doesn't learn the "extra skills"
Those bonus skill/stats that you get from bite doesn't appear when you use skip the level required.

Yeah, that's right. Applies also if you skip the act 1 with a mod, where you get direclty to lvl 9 and start on the vengeance. Didn't get the bonus, too.
