Murder Cellar
I found people talking about the charples in the sewers and the gnome in the well, but I haven't seen anyone talk about this yet.

I think thats just there for a scare, who knows, i have a theory that a serial killer lived in the house with the cellar before the apocalypse started

Maybe the serial killer exploited the fact that the apoclaypse stops law enforcement etc
