Help With Ranks

Can someone help me on how to add the extra map vote with specific ULX ranks? I cannot figure it out. Thanks in advance

In "lua\autorun" call in line 26 on mapvote.lua, you can config for extra voting.

I need help as well, since a mapvote.lua didn't even exist on my server, though the rest of the addon works as intended. I just want to give admins extra voting power, that's all.
