I love this hat, it's function and the voice so much that I keep it despite some quirks.

1. It seems to permanently enable infinite swimming without the air bubbles meter appearing, even if you're not wearing the hat.

2. If you switch the hat in water, it can cause the air bubbles meter to appear, but will never drain and doesn't disappear until you screw around for a bit (flip around hats and jump in and out of water a lot).

3. Sometimes if you switch hats in water it will cause your character to become stuck in the drowning animation, but your air bubbles will never deplete. If you are far from the shore, you may have to slowly swim back as your character slowly drowning-paddles her way back.

4. If you get stuck in the drowning animation she may also flash red like she's drowning. Sometimes the flashing doesn't stop even if you return to land.

Hopefully you can polish out those bugs :) It'd be nice if someone could make a better hat icon for it too that looks like the art of the other hats in the game.
