Can you turn this vape swep:

into a ttt weapon? I want it to be like this ttt cigarette (everyone spawns with it at the start) but everyone gets a random vape of any kind from the vape swep.
I myself don't smoke or vape and I never will, I know it is an unhealthy habit and I don't think it is "cool", but I liked the vape swep's unique and creative ideas (such as the vape that dispenses helium gas that turns you into a balloon or one that makes you breath fire like a dragon). I would really appreciate it if someone, anyone, made this request (for free). It would probably be a popular mod due to its uniqueness.

Well, I can't really offer money. I could probably dedicate a Left 4 Dead 2 or Garry's Mod s**tpost to you, but I know that does nothing financially and I don't know if it is even considered an honor.
I also have a bunch of unopened Team Fortress 2 crates that I gathered over the years, I'd be glad to give them to you, but I don't have any of the keys (I got each crate via random drop and accumulated a mass overtime, I eventually started deleting some as I had an overabundance of crates and being a Free to Player I couldn't get rid of them in any other way besides trade servers, which were full of traders who never responded).
I apologize, I don't have much to give.

I guess the same way a player chooses their cigarette flavor, although recoding SWEPs like that may be a wanty and hard request, so I guess you could have each player given a random vape. Changing vape flavors the same way as the cigarette flavors would be pretty cool though.

Hmmm, maybe set it up to be configurable in some way, so that hosts can decide what vapes to allow. A config menu isn't required, you could probably just have a file be generated where the host can go in and change it (similar to TTT Custom Playermodels).
