how about:
+ removes status effects 50% faster (milk, fire, Marked for death, ect)
+ removing a status effect charges medi gun by 5% - 10%
+ uber charge Sprays Chenmicals damaging enemys 5 health every 1/3 a second (this either comes out of the medi gun as a firing weapon or sprays around you in a radius)
- 35% - 50% Heal rates
- cannot over heal

but its still fun to talk about it is so
+shoots globs that heal teammates for 25 health
+ubercharge sprays goo on ground the ground around the wielder that heals team 5 health every 1/3 tick while slowing and doing 5 damage every 1/3 tick to opponents
- 50% slower fire rate
- 50% slower wepon swap rate
I reckon it should be an offensive and defensive weapon - it sprays goo everywhere, like the pyro sprays flames, but it sticks. It heals allies and damages enemies.

The only issue with the goo ideas is that Valve would be less likely to add it, if they had to go and make extra content, such as the goo particles, textures and whatnot.

Regardless, I think it's a lovely idea.

On right-click: Attach beam to enemy to drain their HP and mark them for death. Damage dealt to the target returns to the Medic as health.

Biggest drawback is the lack of an Uber entirely.

I like the idea of this item being used both for offense and defense. Rather than spraying goo, I picture if having a beam of hazardous content. It latches onto allies and enemies alike.

However, allies would be healed at a slower rate and uber would be replaced with higher healing rater.

And for enemies, the beam slowly depletes them off health and gives an affect similar to the bleed affect.

Just my opinion, great work with this item.

Maybe:
+30% uber recharge rate
-20/30% ubercharge duration
Right Click: fires glob of goo that on hit (can hold up to 4 blobs):
Bleed for 5 sec
- Wahsed off if target goes in water
30 damage to victim
must heal people to generate biowaste
walking over "biowasted" corpses generates 1 biowaste blob

I like the idea of a weapon that generates damage through healing. Maybe:

Ubercharge is replaced with "Biowaste"
Enemies who are near the Medic take ( 0.20 x B ( maximum 20 ) ) damage per second.
-50% Ubercharge rate


It makes it less potent in direct combat, but better at warding off Spies and area denial.

i think most of these are good ideas, but one thing i think would be fun is if the whole set bonus activated something similar to pyroland, only the world is like the one in the back of all pictures of the items. though this would take a lot time and effort...

On Uber: Shoots 2 Globs of waste causing 1 of 3 effects:

Zombification(Requires whole set and server permission):You take on the zombie model of your class and are forced to use your hands
Poison: You take 30 DMG per second near the medic(Have to have the whole set or the medic will take damage also)
Nausea: Distorted vision and sudden black "fog"
