What can you do to disable default civs for random selection and city-states from spawning? I keep getting them alongside Warcraft civs and it seems silly. So far I found a mod called Leader Ban Modpack, but unfortunately it doesn't work properly when you ban too many civs at once and doesn't alleviate the city-state problem.

Any suggestions?
