So, this mod has been working perfectly. However, the other day, everything just stopped spawning. Civs, pirates, etc... This is on a dedicated server with GTXgaming by the way.

Things I've tried.
Changing server versions.
Updating the server to latest.
Reinstalling the modular collection.
Reinstalling ALL our mods.

Still nothing will spawn.

Anybody have any ideas or run into the same problem?
