Hi these 2 chat settings says "unknow chat command"

/MES.Settings.SpaceCargoShips.MaxShipsPerArea.50
/MES.Settings.SpaceCargoShips.AreaSize.22000

and Im having problem with EEM, and More encounters v4.. they stuff not spawning, trying to solve it, today I started a new game. did all settings by chat to try fix it (2 settings above dont work), I removed corruption mod to test (cause spawning only that stuff and old cargo ships) and dont spawn any boss encounter, when the MES try do this error, last tryed crashed the game
