MES Handling of settings - Small request
Hi Meridius_IX! We just started using this after a very long time of being on the fence. Long story short, I love how this handles cargo ship spawning and the control it gives server admins.

However, I'm actually a fan of the original spawner for random space encounters. Yours tends to spawn stuff near our space base after we've been away for a while, which isn't ideal when we have several automated ships running supplies (and a pirate base spawns between us and the moon).

The problem I'm having is that even if I disable random encounters in your mod and enable them on the server-side, your mod still disables the server setting for encounters, regardless of the preferences set on your mod.

I see the bit of code you used to disable the vanilla setting and print a message on the server console. I was wondering, would it be possible for you to have your startup script check the mod preferences before disabling the vanilla encounters and cargo ships? It should obviously still override the server settings if the mod settings were enabled, but perhaps print a warning for other admins in case they forgot to disable one or the other.
