Nothing is Spawning except CIVIL stuff
so i am renting a server and i decided to add the MES Stuff i added 7 MES mods and their requirements as well we start playing and nothing nothing is spawning so i check the configs for the server and i find out that i still had cargoships spawning disabled so i enable it then restart the server run it for about 2 days nothing the only thing that would spawn was vannilla encounters so i added the chaotic spawning settings mod ran it for a bit still nothing it was only spawning CIVIL encounters and not even with random weapons and shields i added those extensions but it wasent working so i found the command to spawn a random encounter using chat and nothing nothing would spawn did i miss somthing or is there somthing wrong?

I am having the same problem with a brand new world. Anyone find a fix for this yet?

Check your mods. If you have the "aerodynamic physics" mod on, it will disable numerous planetary cargo ships, and it isn't mentioned in the description for some reason. Use "/MES.GESAP" and then paste the log to check it. It will say word-for-word if a mod is disabling something.

I am having a similar problem. I have been looking for any information I can find on a fix, but nothing seems to be available. With Meridius_IX / Lucas retired from modding, I fear there is no choice but to wait for someone else with the experience needed to fix it, or make a brand new mod all together. I read his retirement explanation, and to me, it sounds like he will be gone for good. I doubt he will be coming back for his workshop creations on SE. But just in case there is a fix, I thought I would ask here/share my opinion.

Yes. Have an admin use the alt F10 "mod settings" menu and disable the "Advanced Lift" setting. It takes effect after 10 seconds

It simply changes the center of lift to use your center of mass, whereas AdvLift uses center of aerodynamics. It should be a small change. If youre using a heavy MES modpack it definitely outweighs the negative

Thank you! I really appreciate your help and explanation. I might try out the advanced lift later on, but I really have not bothered to try it out yet. I kinda want to see if I can get the time to learn how to mod SE for myself and update the ship blueprints sometime.

The biggest difference I noticed is with AdvLift enabled, the center of lift and center of mass can fight a bit and cause your plane to list. It becomes engineering a "good" plane, not just something that flies.

That would be fun. I used to play KSP a ton until a couple of years ago. Once in a while a design turns out amazing, most of the time it's an entertaining dumpster fire that would make action park's chaos look tame. :D

I have been having problems loading the world , Is it MES? I didn't change my modlist and it was fine last week.
