Modifying NPC warship spawn rates

I'm currently using this mod with Reavers-terrors of the verse mod and they are spawning insanely often. Where can i modify the spawn rates? I've been looking around inside the different config files in %appdata% but i cant really find any setting that clearly states that spawn rate is being affected.
