Can we have this mod mid-game?

Hi, I want to know if already progressed a lot in ARK, but I want this mod is anything going to disappear or something?

you should be good to add this to your mods list. It adds spawns for dinos and a few items like saddles. It doesnt remove anything. You may want to do a dino wipe after adding the mod though so that they start spawning in faster.
