first of all, be sure to subscribe to this addon :

second when u enter the game and load the map, hold the "Q" button, and menu has a lot stuff should appear.
on ur left side there's spawn list, and there's a folder called "Addon" under the "Browse" option.

double-click the folder, and a list of ur subscribed addons should appear.

scroll down slowely until u see the name "Paintable Slash wounds" , click then, then it should show you what's inside that addon.
