cai_personality_strategic_components_tables
This table is a large part of what one sees in the diplomacy ui: Opportunist, diplomat, expansionist, etc. It also seems to be the perfect place to magnify the aggressiveness of all the factions. I don't quite understand what the left-side columns mean, but it seems obvious that exaggerating the numbers leads to more aggressive viewpoints.

Table links to CaiPersonalities strategic component. Note that the sensitive third parties are all th destroyer factions. I don't know what it means otherwise. There is on defensive sensitive third party faction in vanilla or any mod I've seen.

The far right side of the table adds some interesting options for defending or attacking settlements based on personality of the faction. I am not sure it is a good idea to leave that in there as autoresolve is another issue altogether and a faction's will should be measured in the troops they bring.

Unknown 7 = Unknown faction multiplier -- something to do with threat calculation
Unknown 10= enemyStrengthModifier.= ?Enemy strength x multiplier for cms taks manager?
11=Enemy Threat Strength Modifier =??
12= min_retreat_ratio = retreat when your forces are 70% of their strength
13= min_retreat_to_settlement_ratio = more likely to retreat when near a settlement?
14=strategic_balance_opportunism_factor = attack when they're down?
15=fortified_settlement_assault_strength_modifier aggressives do poorly
16=fortified_settlement_defend_strength_modifier defensives do well
19=Last Settlement Modifier I assume an extra boost for faction's last stand?
