It would be awesome for the spy, you stab someone with the dull end and when you pull it out it pulls out a huge chunk of their flesh >:D

Ummm... Spy can already backstab with the prinny knife and the saxxy. And it would probably be similar to how the sharp end of the crowbar works. That suggestion wouldn't be hard to do either. There are already organ gibs in the game, and all that would need to happen is to have an ripped flesh model as a ragdoll, (sorta like a zombie), and the organ gibs could spawn. The key is to get it so it doesn't break cosmetics.
