Report a translation problem
There isn't anything wrong with the cosmetic itself. My problem is that it doesn't add anything to medic's artstyle. Basically, It doesn't add anything that hasn't been done before. The cloth on his shoulder looks similar to the Angel of Death and his suspenders are similar to the Heat of Winter's and Ward's. Ward has a similar buckle. Im pretty sure that the book is also done elsewhere but I can't find it at the moment so I could be wrong. If you pick any medic shirt, it has a theme (which you did well), some other cosmetics it is meant to go with (you appear to have some picked out) and opens a new form of expression. I would be less critical if it had a dedicated cosmetic set to go with it but as it is any set that it completes can use an already added shirt without changing much.
Buy hey, those are just the opinions of a random guy on the internet who has never made anything for the workshop.
These cosmetics look great and don't look like a big stretch from the TF2 art style which I enjoy
