Effects not showing in multiplayer

Hey guys , I have noticed that my effects are not shhowing up like explosions , bullets , tracers , impacts. BUT it only doesn't show up on multiplayer, any help ? Thank you so much :)

NOTE: this also applys for MP. I have been doing that for a while and artillery shots dont explode. So your not the only one

Same here, i'm currently testing this with my dedicated server. Seems to be not loading in the Effect textures.
