Too short. Has potential though, needs to be worked on. First of all, add ambience, the map is way too quiet, even if it's just the rabies. Needs to be expanded, one chapter is not enough and needs a finale. These are obvious things, but you have mapping skill, so this certainly has potential, not recommended in its current state though.
