Same, i7+GTX690 (SLI) bombsite A drops frames like mad while playing. While flying through the area as a ghost you can see a noticable dip in frames then catches back up again.

No frame drops here, and I'm running an older Graphics card than both of you.

Apparantly some people experience it and others don't. I'm a bit clueless on what is causing this to be honest. Could you tell me if the fps drops are still there when playing not on the internet (ie: offline game with bots)?

Squad, I can confirm that playing offline with bots still has the same performance drop. I'm not sure why it only occurs on this map (area highlighted in yellow in this jpg - http://i.imgur.com/hiBQeDb.jpg ).

All other maps runs at a solid 120fps (frame limited, as its crazy FPS uncapped).

I'm also running latest GeForce 327.23 driver (Running optimised setting using GeForce Experience)

Thinking about Lukes comment above a little more, I've just done a quick test by disabling multi-GPU in the Nvidia control panel and this has RESOLVED the issue.

Yep Kip, disabling the SLI resolved my problem too.
