Doesn't effect NPCs anymore
the sonic USED to make npcs friendly but now they aren't effected by it. i did't break it did i?

u guys are probably doing it on npcs from different addons. lol doesn't work on firecat npcs but doesn't matter since they don't seem to be in the workshop
