I think there is a bug with all Text at the moment. Holding Alt should still work, once you've done that test the link by clicking on the ground nearby to set destination and then press R. I thought the same thing but just tried it and it worked. Since the latest update, I think you can also unset the TARDIS dest. and as we can't see what we're doing without text prompts, just be careful when clicking about while testing this, or you might accidentally unset the destination and assume it's not working.
