Move like conga or victory lap? (Not speed)
Will it be an automatic moving taunt like conga or fully controlable like the victory lap/zoomin' broom?

Well, looking at animation it looks more like conga rather than victory lap. I think they,'d need a resting animation too [heavy pedaling in plae? I dont think so]
Also i would look horrificly bad when turning in place

I was thinking the same thing, there would need to be more animations like him pushing his foot off the ground. otherwise it does look it'd be a conga type.
