Class Skills for Players
hi
i have a problem i want to make a mod that offers other class skills for sale

for exp .
i have Berserk lvl 62 and i want to be able buy and use lets say Engineer skill Onslaught
i made spell scroll etc etc added to spawn class of boon merchant i can buy it
but when i try to learn it, spell scroll disrepair from my inventory and no skill ...
so no joy

what im missing ???
