Ideas/Criticism/Suggestions
This thread is for giving ideas for additions to the mod, suggestions for balances or changes to the mod, and criticism for things you may dislike about the mod. I'd say avoid map changes (though I can see the temptation) just so it works better along side other mods

i get where you're coming from, but this mod is already not compatible with extended timeline, beyond typus, whatnotelse... most mods are already not compatible to this one, and by adding provinces, i'm not really changing it's compatability by much.

Would be nice if Scotland also had access to the normal noble estate in addition to the highlanders.

Also, why does the mod edit idea groups? That's a huge compatibility issue. Same with governments and gov reforms. Surely there's a more lightweight and compatible way to add stuff to those? Same with religion and trade nodes. At the moment the mod just uses too many directly modified vanilla files.

The mod edits idea groups because I decided to change some of the scottish ideas. I have just fixed the file to ensure that only Scotland's ideas are changed- that is at a fault of my own. Apologies!
the reason i had used to many vanilla files is because I am not an experienced modder; I am just doing what works. I had to change the trade nodes file to add scottish province to them; i will fix that though. I only changed a file in the religion so that an event would fire for Scotland.
Thank you for all of your criticisms; I will focus on making the mod more compatible with other mods. If you have anything else, please let me know! I will keep you updated on the compatability process here.
