I just found a VERY broken and OP glitch/bug (it didn't throw up any errors in devmode). When an android printer is in the process of loading (in preparation to print an android), if you force a colonist to reinstall it mid-load, once the printer has been placed again it will start printing, even if all the resources aren't loaded yet. I savescummed to reset this because the android I was trying to print still needed a persona core, a techprof core, and ~30 advanced components. Moved it to make room for some hydroponics and it just started printing.
