Prepare carefully mod deletes Android's whole body upgrade
So the problem is that if you find any android via randomize that has any "whole body" upgrade and use prepare carefully mod, then this upgrade is gone. Plus in health tab there are no options to add any android upgrades.
So right now you can use your character but with no whole body upgrade, or find and use randomized character with one.

So found the solution. If you want to make your first android with special upgrades, do not use "prepare carefully mod" and use "character editor mod"

idk about this i use prepare carefully all the time just add the whole body upgrade in prepare carefully that s wht i do i just started (and ended) and game with 5 androids with a full body mode in every catagory to start worked fine tho with the huge weath at teh start cuse of this it getting hard really fast

Its worth noting that the Android upgrades are all under "Health Conditions", not Implants.
