Can we have the size scalling for children younger than 15 back
When I first used the mod in 1.0 the pawn size would keep scaling down for children younger than 15(im assuming that's where it stop now), it'd be nice to have the option to turn this back on.

I was able to port the 1.3 scaling options to 1.4 and 1.5 (just disable it if something looks weird, it seemed OK with and without Biotech and also HAR but there might be mods that change colonists visuals that are not getting scaled, let me know if you see something)

The scaling was / should be between 0-18 (with humans at least)

(It was very prone to (visual) conflicts with other mods, so you have to test it with your modlist)
