Issues with Aliyah
The chance of getting units from Aliyah is 7%.

I don't have any conceptual problem with Aliyah - I think its a cool and unique trait, actually - but I do think that even at 7% its giving far more units than I ever expected. I had far more units than I do even when I play a war mongering civ. Of course, that could be because I was the only civ to found a religion on my continent and I took every faith and pressure generating belief I could.

I suspect it's because of all your religious bonuses. In most games, you'll have your religion in far fewer cities and so get far fewer units.

Maybe the chance should lower a bit for every city a certain number of followers so it doesn't become OP

I really like this mod. However, every time I play it I end up getting a new aliyah unit every turn after I reach mid-game. The units I get are always the most technologically advanced units available. It feels like overkill and gives me a significant advantage. I suggest lowering the frequency of aliyah if possible.

I'm getting Aliyah even though I'm a completely different civ. I'm next to Israel, but as Babylon I'm continually getting the Aliyah notification

I actually love the concept of aliyah, nonetheless I think that it is forsooth op as you are going to have a strong religion because of the kibbuzim. So in my opinion a reduction to 5% for units and 2-3% for great personalities would make that mod perfect.

This is broken OP. I was playing vs. this civ on Divinity and every single damn turn I kill 2 of their units they get 2 new ones. @_@

i downloaded recently. Great mod, but like everyone else, i ended up getting 5-10 units per turn simply because of how my religion was adopted in game. even deleting or selling my Army was exceeding my economy. 7% is just overpowered.

Yeah, seems it would be a good to come in effect of Aliyah only during a war. I spreadede my religon for some city states and got some units per turn, even great admiral in the capital which was not situated at coast. So the game turned into constatnt deletion of coming units. So i got too strong advanhe over AI players, bu out other city states and won at the first World leader Congress resulotion because tired of this mode of action
