I know this is just a headgear, but what if it acted as a PDA? Possible stats below:

- Buildings require more metal
- The building process is replaced with generating in which buildings are manifested off-site
- At any point during generation, a building can be placed
- No matter what phase of building sentries are in, they will be unoperational for 5 seconds after placement
