Statistics and Balance for Outdoor Lighting
Information on the balancing of the Outdoor Lighting.

I've based everything as scaling off the Standing Lamp - my Outdoor Lamps are the same materials, power and light provided as the Standing Lamp, but have different graphics and automatically switch off during the day.

Lamp Posts are designed to be a little under 2x as powerful.

Floodlights are 6x as powerful and generate a LOT of light. The material cost and power consumption scale up as 6x as well.
