Potion Use Mechanics
ALl Potions included in this mod except the Taming Potion can be used from your hotbar while riding a dino to effect the dino as well as in its inventory.

So Riding dino in hotbar potion effects dino
Not Riding Dino in Hotbar Potion effects player
Potion in Dino Inventory or Player Inventory , Works on whoever's inventory its in.
