No no, you have it all wrong. Here are the what the stats should fairly be while equiped:

+ Auto-win whenever you choose so from the amount of awesomeness
+ Heal Team-mates 60 times faster
+ 200000+ Clip size
+ 5000000000+ Damage bonus
+ 100+ Move speed on wearer
+ See in the dark
+ Ability to scare enemys with PURE awesome
+ Wearer destroys Tank on Mann VS Machine Instanlty
+ Wearer has Infinite money on Mann VS Machine
+ Ubercharges never run out (unless you want them to)
+ Healing target never runs out of ammo while connected via medi-beam
+ 500000000+ Max health on wearer
+ -100 Damage recieved
+ Not effected by Jarate
+ +5000000 Health regenerated per second
+ Crits do not deal extra damage on wearer
+ Backstabs do not deal extra damage on wearer
~ Speed of healing target + or - to your speed
- +1 Falling damage on wearer


So, There you go! An absolute fair stat list. ADD THIS PLEASE VALVE
